Happy to share that our batch Venugopal Rao IRSS is promoted as Principal Chief Material Manager ( equivalent to the rank of Principal Secretary in state) and posted as PCMM at ICF, Chennai.
He has been selected by Appointments Committee of Cabinet specifically for smooth material flow and transparant tendering in procurement of prestigious Vande Bharath Trains.
He was also associated with first Vande Bharath train in the capacity of Chief Material Manager at ICF. ( later he was transferred to Secunderabad).
Another feather in Sarvailian cap.
